With our smart seating solutions, you can create an environment that promotes better learning. Additionally, we provide a secure UK-hosted infrastructure and standard support to ensure your educational seating needs are met.

We offer reduced pricing for longer-term commitments, ensuring better learning experiences through our innovative educational seating solutions: 

3-year contract – 5% discount; 

5-year contract – 10% discount. 

This discount applies to the annual license fee for the full contract term, making our smart seating options even more accessible.

For trusts or groups purchasing multiple schools to enhance better learning through innovative educational seating options: 

5–9 schools – 5% discount 

10–19 schools – 10% discount 

20+ schools – 15% discount 

This discount applies to the combined annual licence value, making smart seating solutions even more accessible.

We value school-to-school recommendations for better learning. 

If an existing SeatSmart school refers another school, the referring school will receive 5% off their next renewal, while the new school enjoys a 5% discount on their first year of smart seating solutions.

To maintain fairness and sustainability in our approach to better learning: the maximum combined discount on any contract is 20%. 

This includes any combination of discounts that can enhance educational seating options, such as multi-year discounts, MAT discounts, and referral discounts, all designed to support smart seating solutions.
