Privacy Policy 

SeatSmart Ltd acts as a Data Processor on behalf of educational institutions. 

We process: 

• Student names and identifiers; 
• Class membership; 
• Seating assignments; 
• Structured support indicators; 
• Authentication identifiers; 
• Profile photographs (if enabled). 

Data is hosted in the UK on Microsoft Azure. 

Data is retained for the duration of the contract and deleted within 30 days of termination. 

Data subject requests should be directed to the relevant school or trust.
